Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in application engineering, systems engineering, technical support, field engineering, or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
- Experience translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting complex electrical, mechanical, software, or integrated systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with customers, project teams, and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, transportation, automation, or technology-based products.
- Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.

- Support product integration activities and assist customers during implementation and deployment phases.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Assist in the development of technical proposals, project documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business development.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.
The pay range for this position is $86000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
