Job summary

Dover Networks LLC seeks a Software Engineer and CNO Reverse Engineer to design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions for mission-centric results. You will work with analysts, operators, data scientists and other engineers to provide tactical support.

You must hold a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and note that the company is not sponsoring clearances. This role requires collaboration across teams to deliver end-to-end toolsets that meet rigorous mission constraints.

Qualifications

• 12 years of SWE experience, or 10 years with MS, may substitute for a BS.
• Experience in C/C++/Python/Assembly development.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network traffic analysis with Wireshark.
• Experience with Git and Subversion; Atlassian tools Jira/Confluence.

Salary Range: $256k-$280k per year with an additional $64k-$70k in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions

You will act as a general-purpose Software Engineer and CNO Reverse Engineer for up-and-coming projects where you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to provide mission-centric results. You will work closely with analysts, operators, data scientists and other software engineers to provide mission tactical support.

Responsibilities:

• Augment existing toolsets.
• Derive, document, and analyze requirements.
• Produce end-to-end toolsets that can operate within mission constraints.
• Take part in peer code reviews to reduce defects.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements.

Skills Requirements:

• Produce and modify software systems in C/C++/Python/Assembly.
• In-depth understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), and analysis of network traffic (e.g., Wireshark).
• Provide support for fielded software systems.
• Familiarity with Git and Subversion.
• Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with reverse engineering windows or embedded platforms (RTOS).
• Experience with developing CNO specific software in Windows/Linux/Embedded applications.
• Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust.
• Experience with Vulnerability Research and Exploit development.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.

YOE Requirement:

12 yrs., B.S. or 10 yrs. w/ M.S., 4 yrs. of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
