Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.
• Contribute to Agile teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure operational continuity during emergencies.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and database systems.
• Write and optimize SQL queries; troubleshoot database performance issues.
• Develop web applications with modern IDEs such as Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Design responsive web interfaces and GIS-integrated features.
• Utilize programming languages including JavaScript, Shell, Java, Python, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Node.js, and SQL.
• Manage source code with version control systems like Git.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance aligned with IAT-II standards.
• Provide helpdesk support during emergencies, managing customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7 years with an Associate's degree.
• Must hold IAT-II or higher certification, or CySA+, CCNA - Security, CND, or Security+ CE.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and full-stack application development.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, Shell, Java, Python, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Node.js.
• Experience with web development, GIS features, UI frameworks, version control, and Agile methodologies.
