Position Overview: The Application Developer will build productivity applications for key business projects, applying development best practices and design principles to create user-friendly, maintainable applications. Collaboration with the Application Development team and various business stakeholders will be essential to support strategic initiatives and improve processes.

Location:

• This is an in-office hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA.
• Applicants must reside within a 30-mile radius of our office and be available in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
• Please do not apply if you are out of state or unable to attend the office on these days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain business applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Design, review, and support deployment of solutions.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Follow high-quality development standards, delivering solutions on time and within scope.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications and Skills:

Core Competencies (required):

• Experience with PowerApps, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure Services.
• Ability to test and validate customizations in D365.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales modules within D365.
• Leadership and mentorship skills in software development best practices.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions and experience with Agile methodologies.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft .NET C#, T-SQL, web development (HTML5, JavaScript, REST API), and creating data models in Microsoft Common Data Service.
• Experience with Office365 integrations.

Education and Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop scalable, user-friendly applications.
