Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Senior Application Developer for hybrid SCIF support at DIA HQ in Washington, DC. The role centers on foundational services leadership and mentoring two junior developers while supporting EPD applications.

Must have TS/SCI with CI poly, and a Master’s degree with 8+ years or a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, with strong TypeScript/Angular/Node, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch expertise.

Position: Application Developer
LCAT: Senior
Location: Hybrid SCIF support. DIA HQ, Washington, D.C.
Required clearance and polygraph: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly. Candidates with polygraph conducted within the past seven years will be highly prioritized.
Required experience and education: Master's degree and 8+ years of experience OR bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience
Description: Position serves as Foundational Services SME and provides training/support to two mid-level developers. This is foundational services role that services all EPD applications.
Requirements

• Mandatory: Node.js with Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch
• Highly Desired: JSON, Java, Java Script, SharePoint, XML, VBAs, Oracle, MongoDB, Solr, SQL, Open AI, other AI technologies.

Required skills

• TypeScript, Angular, Node, NestJS, Express Servers, Jest, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, GitLab CI Pipelines, Docker, OpenShift.

Required experience

• Classification rollup and NTK handling programmatically.
• Cross-domain transfer processes (high to low).
• Reviewing server logs and consoles to triage and debug onsite.
