Job summary

Dover Networks LLC in Capitol Heights, MD, seeks a reverse engineer/general-purpose CNO software engineer to design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate mission-centric solutions. You will work with analysts, operators, data scientists and other software engineers to deliver timely tactical support and evolving development lifecycles.

Responsibilities include augmenting toolsets, deriving requirements, building prototypes, producing end-to-end toolsets, and providing technical consulting

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph; no sponsorship.
• Experience in reverse engineering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in C/C++/Python; capable of supporting fielded software.
• Familiar with version control and Atlassian suite.
• Willingness to work with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-centric software.

Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph before applying. We are not sponsoring or processing clearances for this position. Candidates who are seeking to obtain a clearance do not meet the minimum requirements. Salary Range: $256k-$280k per year with an additional $64k-$70k in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions. Description: You will act as a reverse engineer/general-purpose CNO software engineer for up-and-coming projects where you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to provide mission-centric results. You will work closely with analysts, operators, data scientists and other software engineers to provide mission tactical support. This includes quick reaction operational support and the support of longer development lifecycles. You will coordinate with analyst, operators, and other software engineers to develop requirements, and scope development lifecycle.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including analysts, operators, and external development shops to deliver holistic software solutions
• Produce and modify software systems in C/C++/Python.

• Familiarity with Git and Subversion.
• Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust.
• Experience with developing CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications.
• Experience with Vulnerability Research and Exploit development.
• Knowledge of end-to- end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
• YOE Requirement: 12 yrs., B.S. or 10 yrs. w/ M.S., 4 yrs. of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
