Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• Experience in project management, technical sales, or cross-functional roles.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Translate technical and business requirements into actionable project plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead custom opportunities from concept to production launch.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Facilitate reviews, updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with global teams to support execution.
