Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a systems engineering professional to partner with external stakeholders to understand applications, interconnections, operations, and dependencies, and to design end-to-end autonomous testing strategies for mission planning software.

The role emphasizes real-world scenarios, dynamic test data, and agile development, with a strong focus on user-centric testing, effective communication, and collaboration between software developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph (or willingness to obtain).
BA/BS in STEM field or related experience.
3+ years of systems engineering experience with planning and scheduling software.
Experience with mission planning software and data collection/exploitation activities.
User-centric mindset for testing across multiple software applications.
Ability to act as a bridge between software developers and project stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
