This role serves as a key technical and solutions-focused resource, partnering with hospital departments, vendors, and Information Systems teams to support, maintain, optimize, and enhance hospital applications and related integrations.
Working with a high degree of independence, the Analyst II troubleshoots application issues, implements system improvements, supports upgrades, and contributes to new technology initiatives. The role also leads and coordinates small-to-medium projects, participates in system implementations and integrations, and helps ensure application solutions are reliable, effective, and aligned with the operational needs of Newton‑Wellesley Hospital.
