Job summary

Oxco, Inc is seeking an Application Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SQL to support operations in Fort Mill, SC. The role combines business systems support with data analysis and reporting for multiple departments.

After an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule is available. Candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Understand how systems interact and how changes affect outcomes.
• 3–4 years using Business Central and add-ons for Manufacturing, Warehousing, Inventory, GL, AR, AP.
• 3–4 years SQL Server experience including SSRS.
• 3–4 years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general technical support for Business Central systems to all departments.
• Support other business applications across the company.
• Manage support tickets with third party providers for timely resolution.
• Develop docs and training on system modifications and workflows.
• Create reports in Business Central, SSRS, Excel or Power BI.
• Define requirements for new IT projects, data security and testing.
• Raise issues to the VP of Administration & IT or President.
• Assist with ongoing IT initiatives as needed.

The Role

The Application Analyst will be a key member of a small IT team supporting all aspects of Oxco operations and working with users at levels of the company The daily schedule will vary based on current needs and projects We are looking for someone with a good base knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SQL queries strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and a desire to seek solutions and learn new things

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior and actions in accordance with Oxco core values of Caring Creativity Determination Dependability and Teamwork

• Identify and document processes to improve efficiencies in all aspects of Oxcos processes
• Provide general technical support on all Business Central related systems to all departments
• Provide general technical support on other business applications to all departments
• Manage support tickets with third party providers to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Develop document and provide training on efficient systems or modifications to existing systems that integrate workers machines materials information and energy to sell and manufacture our products
• Work directly with users at all levels of the organization to define and develop reports in Business Central SSRS Excel or Power BI to promote efficiency improve abilities of the team to respond to various trends and provide better access to data available
• Define requirements for new IT projects including inputs and outputs required data security and testing
• Raise any issues or concerns that arise during day to day work to the Vice President of Administration & IT or President
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of how various systems interact and how changes in operations the environment and other conditions will affect outcomes
• 3 4 years experience in utilizing Business Central and related add ons for Manufacturing Warehousing and Inventory General Ledger Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• 3 4 years experience in SQL Server include SQL Server Reporting Services
• 3 4 years experience in Project Management
