The Application Analyst will be a key member of a small IT team, supporting all aspects of Oxco operations and working with users at levels of the company. The daily schedule will vary based on current needs and projects. We are looking for someone with a good base knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SQL queries, strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel, and a desire to seek solutions and learn new things. A key responsibility of the Application Analyst is to support users in all functions of Business Central, from sales and purchasing to production, shipping and receiving, along with all applications that interact with that system. This person will also be responsible for supporting and modifying existing reports, in SSRS, Excel, and Business Central, and developing new reports in the appropriate tool for the user and application. Finally, the Application Analyst will document related business processes and develop training on systems and system modifications.
