We're seeking an Application Analyst to join our Access team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting and optimizing our Epic software suite. Location: Remote | 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301 | Candidate must reside in Wisconsin or Michigan upon hire.
Hours: Full-time | 40+ hours per week
FTE Status: 1.0 | Exempt
Work Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm | Monday - Friday | Call as needed

The Application Analyst works under general direction to gather and analyze data, and make recommendations for computerized application processes assisting with workflow and business needs. They will provide primary support for customers while implementing and maintaining systems in a mission-critical healthcare environment.
The Application Analyst will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide customer-centered solutions, ensuring compliance with industry rules and regulations. The role involves using analytical skills to assist end-users in optimizing application system functionality, enhancing workflows, and identifying appropriate solutions.
Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience.
Epic certification in Cadence, Referrals, or Grand Central required.
Applicable technology competency must be achieved within twelve months of hire.
