Job summary

Temple University Health System, Inc. seeks an Application Analyst for Resolute Professional Billing. The analyst will support and enhance TUHS applications, implement new features, test vendor releases, and address defects while analyzing technical and functional aspects of the system.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least 2 years of related experience. Healthcare IT experience is a plus. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance TUHS applications.
• Add new features and test vendor releases/system upgrades.
• Address system defects and analyze both technical and functional aspects.
• Define system requirements and develop logical data models.
• Educate cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders on system functionality.
• Follow change management procedures and thoroughly document applications.
• Communicate changes to internal department teams.
