Job Description
Responsibilities

We are recruiting Epic Application Analysts / Consultants to join our Digital Solutions Healthcare team. As part of our Epic Practice, you will leverage your industry and technical experience to serve our clients and support our business growth. Your activities will include operating and expanding our services, serving clients, developing talent, and shaping our culture.

Our Epic Practice members have expertise in various Epic applications, including EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, MyChart, Haiku, Canto, Rover, and many others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
  • Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic EHR needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure integration and workflow alignment.
  • Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, testing, training, and implementation support.
  • Identify workflow issues and develop remediation solutions.
  • Support business and clinical end-users.
  • Mentor and train IT team members at client sites.
  • Maintain current Epic certifications and stay updated on technology enhancements.
  • Manage tasks to meet project timelines.
  • Possess knowledge of healthcare workflows and current Epic certifications.
  • Exhibit strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Network and build relationships with clients and Epic professionals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
  • At least five years of Epic implementation experience, including design, build, and configuration.
  • Epic certification is required and must be in good standing.
  • Experience delivering consulting services remotely or onsite.
  • Healthcare operational or clinical experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and MS Office skills.
  • Leadership abilities and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to develop tailored solutions for complex problems.
  • Excellent project coordination, time management, and communication skills.
