Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Application Administrator to support enterprise collaboration platforms, SaaS apps, and secure identity management in a regulated biopharma environment.

The role focuses on ensuring reliable operations, optimizing workflows, and maintaining system integrity through governance, automation, and ITSM-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience supporting SaaS, collaboration, or business applications.
• Strong knowledge of collaboration platforms, IAM concepts, and enterprise application support.
• Proficiency with ITSM frameworks, scripting, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• administer, configure, and support SaaS and collaboration tools (e.g., Egnyte, SharePoint, Teams, Jira)
• manage identity/access controls including SSO, RBAC, and directory synchronization
• develop and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, PowerShell, and Python
• oversee application lifecycle activities
• support intranet portals and user training
• coordinate with vendors and support incident/request resolution per ITSM processes
• document architecture, procedures, and configurations
