Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking an Application Administrator to support and maintain enterprise applications, including Bullhorn and Replicon, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. You will report to the Product Owner for Bullhorn and collaborate with IT, HR, and other teams to drive platform improvements.

The ideal candidate has experience guiding users, troubleshooting complex issues, and understanding databases, queries, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with application administration and support processes.
• Understanding of cloud-based applications and middleware ETL tools.
• Experience working and integrating with other enterprise systems (HRIS/ERP/CRM) such as NetSuite, SFDC, ADP, UKG, HubSpot is a plus.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to explain complex technical requirements to non-technical people.
• Capacity for working with minimal supervision in complex projects with considerable responsibility.
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC.

Overview

The Application Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. They will report directly to the Product Owner for Bullhorn and any other tools the team is responsible for. This role will assist other Application Administrators in mastering the platform and providing continuous service improvements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience guiding people in understanding, managing, and supporting various platforms. They must be able to articulate technical concepts and workflows in a clear, easy-to-understand way for end users. They must be able to troubleshoot platform-specific issues and have experience resolving them. They must have a strong understanding of database concepts, including tables, relationships, queries, and reporting. They must have experience collaborating with other teams, such as IT, Development, HR, and other business functions.

The right candidate will be an energetic self-starter who is a Bullhorn or Replicon expert.

Responsibilities
