** On-site at our Prince George, VA facility. ** This role is to support a new factory in Prince George, VA (onsite) startup manufacturing large form-factor equipment. The product will be large (shipping container size), heavy (50+ tons), and complex. This position will be part of the core factory startup and onboarding team responsible for building the operations and manufacturing staff, fitting out the building, and creating the process flow/work instructions/etc. from the ground up. Skills to include: panel and point to point wire assembly, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and High Power Electronic assemblies.
As an Application Administrator I, at our Prince George, VA facility, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, monitoring, and maintenance of business applications. This role ensures application performance, availability, security, and user support while working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and system administrators. You will assist in application deployments, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: On-site at our Prince George, VA facility
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, required. 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications.
Basic understanding of application administration principles and IT support processes. Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network fundamentals. SQL query and PowerBI experience with ability to create reports. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs. Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, visual basic, Visual Studio).
Experience with ERP, MES, CRM, HRIS, or manufacturing applications. Experience with SQL databases and query writing. Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, or identity management systems. Exposure to ITIL processes and service management tools. Experience with cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Azure-hosted solutions. Relevant IT certifications.
The pay range for this role is $65,500 - $117,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
