TEKsystems seeks an Application Administrator / Business Systems Analyst in Norman, OK to manage the Mazevo event platform and related SaaS tools like Qualtrics. You will handle user access, configuration, reporting, vendor relations, training, and process documentation while partnering with business users and IT to boost adoption and streamline operations.

Hybrid work setup; contract position with a pay range of $20.00-$40.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS applications, higher education systems, and end users is preferred.
• Experience with event management software would be preferred but certinaly not required

The Application Administrator / Business Systems Analyst is responsible for administering the university's event management platform (Mazevo) and supporting related business systems, including Qualtrics. This role manages user access and security, system configuration, reporting, vendor relationships, ticket resolution, user training, and process documentation. The position serves as a key liaison between business users and technology teams, helping improve system adoption, support operational processes, and assist with other IT initiatives across the Union. Experience supporting SaaS applications, higher education systems, and end users is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
