Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer-facing sales experience or 6 months Lowe's experience.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state (Lowe's will support and fund this).

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining product advantages.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors, processing orders and scheduling installations.
• If in Pro Dept, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned
