Job summary

Felton Appliance, LLC is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair home appliances, and to identify opportunities to expand service work. You will diagnose issues in customers' homes, provide cost estimates, and ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering respectful, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency navigating tablet-based technology.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk or hear.

Responsibilities

• Install home appliances/equipment
• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
• Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
