AAA Service Network is hiring an Appliance Service Technician in Brighton, MI. The position is full-time and employees are dispatched from home with a work vehicle provided. Up to 25% travel is required, and there is a $1500 sign-on bonus.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain household appliances, communicate repair issues to customers, and perform routine maintenance while emphasizing excellent customer service. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and weekly pay.

The primary duties of an Appliance Service Technician are to diagnose, repair, and maintain various household appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, and ovens, ensuring they operate efficiently. You will communicate effectively with customers to explain repair issues and solutions and perform routine maintenance. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Previous appliance service experience is required!
