Job summary

Don's Appliances in Pittsburgh is seeking an Appliances Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product guidance from lead generation to closing sales. You will help customers find the right appliances for their homes and support the sales team to meet revenue targets.

The role requires a strong customer-service orientation, the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and knowledge of current product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer needs and assist in locating and purchasing merchandise in showroom, online, and via phone
• Explain product features and benefits to guide purchasing decisions
• Demonstrate appliance models and keep up-to-date on offerings, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with sales team to meet objectives and drive revenue
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Keep showroom presentable and organized
• Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business
