Oasis Home Center in Marion, IL is seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers find the right appliances and home goods. You will greet shoppers, assess needs, and process transactions in-store, online, and by phone while maintaining a clean, organized showroom.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Background in appliance sales is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers immediately in store, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Aid customers in purchasing merchandise in store, online, and via phone.
• Become familiar with products, brands, prices, and make recommendations of products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers’ needs.
• Price and tag items appropriately based on pricing/buying guidelines. Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedure.
• Provide continued customer service after the point of purchase by keeping customers informed on the status of their order.
