Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness to learn appliance products and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Recommend appliances and explain product features, benefits, warranties, financing, and delivery options.
• Build customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Sell appliances, warranties, and parts while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Process payments, financing paperwork, and appliance orders.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, displays, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with management, delivery, dispatch, service technicians, and suppliers.
• Maintain a professional sales floor and continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
