East Coast Appliance Sales, Service, and Parts Inc in Richmond, VA is seeking a friendly, results-driven Sales Associate to help customers pick the right appliances and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced showroom. You'll maintain an organized showroom, expand product knowledge, and contribute to a team that values service.

The position is full-time with a rotating shift and flexible schedule, plus benefits and a $1,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug test.
• Basic understanding of sales principles.
• Previous sales experience, appliances or big-ticket items a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in finding the right appliances to meet their needs

Compensation

• Typical earnings: $50,000 - $100,000 per year (based on performance, skills, and abilities)

Schedule

• Full-time (approximately 5 days per week)
• Flexible schedule required
