Duties of the Home Appliance Sales Associate

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting appliance products that best meet their needs
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post‑purchase follow‑up
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records

Qualifications of the Home Appliance Sales Associate

• Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years of hands‑on, full‑cycle sales experience
