Job summary

The Mazer Corporation in the Birmingham area is seeking associates with mechanical aptitude for appliance repair work. You may move up to 300 lbs with a hand truck, and appliance repair experience is preferred. EPA license is a plus but not required.

Pay ranges from $20 - $22 per hour depending on experience. Duties include swapping refrigerator doors, installing ice makers, testing appliances, cleaning, unloading trucks, and photographing items for the website.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appliance repair or other evidence of general mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Swap refrigerator doors and attach handles
• Install ice makers in top freezer refrigerators
• Test the functionality of truckloads of scratch & dent appliances before resale
• Detail cleaning scratch & dent appliances before resale
• Help unload truckloads of appliances and loadout customer purchases
• Use Mazer's mobile app to photograph appliances and upload to our website
• Print price labels and inventory tags
