Job summary

Grassroots Talent Solutions is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician in Sioux Falls, SD. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain household appliances, while delivering outstanding customer service and efficiency in repairs.

The role emphasizes independence, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and clear communication with customers. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are valued; a company vehicle is provided to support field service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• EPA certification and Sealed System Experience is a big plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 18 years old

• The Minimum pay for this position is based on commissioned earnings, depending on your experience and and the job performance in appliance repairs.
