Grassroots Talent Solutions in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician (sealed system preferred) to diagnose and repair home appliances and provide excellent customer service. A strong emphasis is placed on troubleshooting accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include estimating repair costs, ordering parts, and collecting payment. Benefits include paid training, no nights or weekends, and a company vehicle with iPad for field work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• EPA certification and Sealed System Experience is a big plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 18 years old.

Job Title: Appliance Repair Technician (sealed system preferred)

Responsibilities:

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by providing high-quality maintenance services for our customer’s appliances.

Here are your primary responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment such as Refrigerators, Ranges, Ovens, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Microwaves, etc...

Benefits & Pay:

• The Minimum pay for this position is $20 per hour with potential to make well over $60 per hour, depending on your experience and and the job performance in appliance repairs. You will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
