OT Management is seeking a reliable Appliance Repair Technician to maintain and repair appliances in our apartment complex and other maintenance calls. You will handle washers, dryers, refrigerators, and other devices, diagnosing issues and performing preventive care.

The role requires 2+ years of appliance repair experience, independent work ability, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Physical lifting and safety adherence are essential, with ASE certification preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of appliance repair experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Preferred: ASE or equivalent certification; experience with commercial and residential appliances.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair issues with appliances in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance on appliances to prevent breakdowns.
• Respond to resident requests for appliance repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
