Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Travel to customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer service exceeding expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions for a cleaner, more comfortable home.
• Maintain company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Follow safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience in appliance repair and diagnosis.
• Ability to follow instructions and ensure quality work.
• Proficient with smartphones, including parts ordering.
• Successful background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license for assigned state(s).
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently, 50 lbs regularly, and 100 lbs occasionally; reach, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
• Ability to operate automatic vehicles.
