Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Travel to customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
- Deliver excellent customer service exceeding expectations.
- Provide value-added solutions for a cleaner, more comfortable home.
- Maintain company truck and manage parts efficiently.
- Follow safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with testing and repair tools.
- Preferred experience in appliance repair and diagnosis.
- Ability to follow instructions and ensure quality work.
- Proficient with smartphones, including parts ordering.
- Successful background and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license for assigned state(s).
- Ability to travel up to 100% and work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently, 50 lbs regularly, and 100 lbs occasionally; reach, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
- Ability to operate automatic vehicles.
