Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to help make customers’ homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected.
• Maintain the company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical knowledge, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and quality standards.
• Proficiency with smartphones, including for parts ordering.
• Successful background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable states.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Flexible hours, including overtime.
• Ability to understand technical written material and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical ability to lift and carry varying weights, and perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle.
