As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for providing professional repair service at the highest level in this industry. This position is right for you if you are driven to accurately troubleshoot repair issues and enjoy interacting with customers.

Successful candidates will have proficiency working on all major appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, and dishwashers. Candidates should have a strong understanding of electrical concepts and be mechanically inclined. Our company stresses the importantance of thorough and complete diagnostic work, utilizing service mode and technical manuals.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in the customer's home.
• Provide detailed price estimates for repairs and collect payments.
• Ensure the efficient use of parts and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced and maintained.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years of appliance repair experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with clean record
• Proficiency to navigate iPad
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $62,400.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus
