Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to visit customers’ homes, diagnose issues, and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.

You’ll earn $18–$30 per hour base pay, with performance bonuses and sales incentives. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a company vehicle, training through Sears Technical Institute, a 401(k) match, and opportunities to advance within the team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and experience with testing/repair tools.
• Ability to follow procedures and explain work clearly to customers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.
