Job summary

Sears Home Services is looking for an Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair major home appliances at customers’ locations. You will manage parts, maintain your service vehicle, and deliver outstanding service with clear recommendations.

This field role requires mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work actively at customer sites, with most nights spent at home.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift, move, and work in a physically active environment.
• Appliance repair experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
