Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves at customer homes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to improve customer homes.
• Maintain and organize company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I or Universal certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge, including testing and repair tools.
• Experience in repairing and diagnosing appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions for quality workmanship.
• Proficient with smartphones, including parts ordering.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license for your work location.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Flexible working hours, including overtime.
• Ability to understand technical texts and solve problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs constantly, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, and type regularly; bend, squat, kneel, twist, and crawl frequently; reach above shoulder occasionally.
• Ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle.
