Seven to ten years of proven industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
Ability to troubleshoot Keyence scanners and sensors.
Proven understanding of safety relays and interlocks.

Responsibilities

Maintain all production equipment, including injection molding and assembly lines.
Perform building maintenance as directed.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.

$31.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Maintenance Repair Position in Grand Rapids, MI, 49512

Maintain all production (Injection molding, assembly, and paint line) equipment, and support equipment and perform building maintenance as directed.

3rd Shift position.

Skills Required

Seven to ten years of proven industrial manufacturing maintenance experience, specifically in mechanical and electrical/electronics.
Prior experience in high volume manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Ability to use a computer to troubleshoot Keyence SR fixed mount barcode scanners.
Ability to use a computer to troubleshoot Keyence IV, IV2, and IV3 vision sensors.
Knowledge of changing the IP address of a technician’s computer.
Proven understanding of safety relays, safety interlocks, and functional machine safety.
Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing light assembly mechatronics.
Ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and replace a wide variety of 24VDC sensors such as photo-eyes, Keyence fiber optic sensors, various Keyence laser sensors, proximity sensors, and Keyence color sensors.
Troubleshooting and repair of 480VAC electrical equipment such as contactors, relays, starters, VFD’s, and motors.
