Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Diagnose and repair appliances at customer homes, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer service and provide value-added solutions.
• Maintain company vehicle and manage parts efficiently.
• Follow safety and operational procedures.

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or Universal certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with testing and repair tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and use a smartphone for parts ordering.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.
• Flexible working hours, including overtime.
• Good communication skills, proficiency in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.

Experience: 1-2 years preferred.

Travel: 75% or more (Road Warrior).
