Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Installation Associate to join our team. You will deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings, learning to perform custom installations with on-the-job training.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or until route completion. You will interact with builders, designers, and customers, maintain safety, and participate in company-paid installation seminars.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and service basic gas and electric appliances.
• Ensure installations are damage-free and meet manufacturer specs.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and customers.
• Attend paid installation training and certifications.
• Perform driver duties as required.
• Document job notes clearly for records.
