Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Appliance Installation and Repair Specialist to serve customers in and around Queenstown. You will professionally install refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dishwashers, diagnose issues, and perform repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction.

In this role you will test installations, advise on usage and maintenance, and maintain an organized parts inventory. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and repairing major household appliances.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and gas connections relevant to appliances.
• Ability to troubleshoot common appliance problems and implement effective solutions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install new domestic appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs on faulty appliances.
