Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. The role offers family-friendly culture, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with potential overtime. Requirements include 1+ year appliance delivery/installation experience, valid state license, DOT medical card, ability to lift heavy objects, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service.
• Valid state license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• With lifting equipment, ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” and excellent customer service.
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom appliance installations with training provided.
• Accurately handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, installed per manufacturer specifications and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
