Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact customer at the start of each work day.
• Run all calls that are scheduled for the day.
• Accurately diagnose Appliances & Electronics.
• Order parts and document in work order.
• Install parts and test operation after installation.
• Document any repair attempts and finalize billing notes.
