Responsibilities

• Contact customer at the start of each work day.
• Run all calls that are scheduled for the day.
• Order parts and document work order comments at customer’s home.
• Install parts and test operation upon completion.
• Call tech line to document any failed repair attempt.
• Finalize billing notes from the customer's home.
