Responsibilities

• Contact customer at the start of the work day.
• Run all scheduled calls for the day.
• Accurately diagnose Appliances & Electronics.
• Order parts and document work order comments.
• Install parts and test operation.
• Document failed repair attempts with tech line.
• Finalize billing notes from customer’s home.
• Complete additional tasks within agreed time-frame.
