Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is hiring an Appliance Install Driver to deliver and install laundry equipment at client locations across the service area. You will handle ancillary technology installations and operate a box truck, loading and unloading with a hand cart while keeping safety front and center.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid license, and be 21+. Pre-employment screening and training are provided, with DOT certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• DOT Certification is a plus.
• 1 year of job-related experience in the areas of delivery and installation (training provided).
• Mechanical & Maintenance knowledge.
• Experience driving box trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs in various conditions.
• Knowledge with computers and smartphone technology.
• Troubleshooting.
• Route Driving Experience a plus.
• Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and Install laundry equipment to client locations
• Deliver and Install ancillary technology (card readers, digital enhancements)
• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers
• Prepare equipment for delivery (assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks)
• Instruct customers and/or clients how to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Staying physically active loading and unloading your company truck using a 2-wheeled hand cart for support, ease and safety.

Overview

Appliance Install Driver Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

As a CSC Appliance Install Driver your days will be active, delivering and installing laundry equipment to a variety of places in your assigned service area. You’ll have a constant change of scenery, engage with clients and consumers daily, and learn new technology in an environment that supports your success in both your career and life. Note: This role does requireovernight travel (especially in the summer for colleges), company provides room and food. CSC will provide tech with minimum notice of 2 weeks
