Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Appliance Install Driver in Charlotte, NC. You will deliver and install laundry equipment at client locations within your service area, with overnight travel up to twice per month.

Responsibilities include installing ancillary technology, loading equipment, and instructing customers on safe use. The role offers active days, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow with a national leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be 21 years of age (DOT state requirement).
• Previous experience driving a box truck preferred.
• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• Must be able to lift to 75 pounds and will frequently work in varying conditions.

• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers and/or air machines
• Prepare equipment for delivery (assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks)
• Instruct customers and/or clients how to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Staying physically active loading and unloading your company truck using a 2-wheeled hand cart for support, ease and safety.

Overview

Appliance Install Driver Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Service Area: Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Overnight travel - up to 2xs per month, possibly more.

As a CSC Appliance Install Driver your days will be active, delivering and installing laundry equipment to a variety of places in your assigned service area. You’ll have a constant change of scenery, engage with clients and consumers daily, and learn new technology in an environment that supports your success in both your career and life.
