Job summary

Temco Logistics in Missoula, MT is seeking motivated individuals to join our local appliance delivery and installation team. You will operate a 26 ft box truck on multi-stop routes, load and install appliances, and ensure accurate delivery records while delivering friendly, reliable service.

We value safety and customer satisfaction, offer paid training, and provide uniforms and PPE. A clean driving record and able to pass DOT requirements are required; prior box truck experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to lift 100+ lbs with proper gear.
• Strong customer service & communication.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and apps.
• Experience driving box trucks (preferred).
• Familiar with appliance installation tools (a plus).
• Clean driving record; pass background and DOT.
• Valid driver's license with for-hire endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop deliveries.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances.
• Safely handle equipment using dollies and lifting straps.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain records.
• Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.
