Job summary

Temco Logistics in Billings, Montana is expanding and seeking motivated delivery and installation specialists. You will operate a 26 ft box truck on local multi-stop routes, load and install household appliances, and ensure safe, accurate deliveries for homeowners and builders.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided. Candidates must be 21+, able to lift 100+ lbs., pass a background check and a DOT physical, and possess a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
