Job summary

Temco Logistics is expanding in the Fargo area and seeking motivated drivers to operate a 26 ft box truck, load and install appliances, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners and builders. You will handle basic plumbing/electrical connections and maintain accurate delivery records.

The role emphasizes safety, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction, with paid training, uniforms, and benefits; prior box truck experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
