Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is hiring Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a range of appliances in commercial and residential settings in Texas. The role emphasizes strong customer service, adherence to safety standards and ongoing training.

You will handle basic installations, work with gas and electric appliances, and interact with customers and builders. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance delivery & installation experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with assistive devices.
• Deliver “white glove” service with excellent customer care.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation; training provided.
• Handle and install basic gas and electric appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators).
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and fully functional per manufacturer specs.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training and certifications to stay updated.
• Support driver duties and responsibilities as needed.
